The Tigers traveled to Chattanooga to face the always tough Tennessee Train.  Both teams were looking for their 1st win after a disappointing start to the season.  The 1st quarter saw the Tigers jump out to a  16-0 lead behind strong running from the dual running threat of Kayla Conley and Ruth Ketham.  When the 1st half came to an end, the Tigers were leading 30-14.  Dominant rushing continued in the 2nd half and helped lift the Tigers to a 44-14 victory.  Both rushers finished with 200 yards rushing for the game.  The Tigers defense kept the Train scoreless in the 2nd half.  The Tigers are 1-1 and have the week off to prepare for a talented Arkansas (1-1) team.
